Solicitors have a duty of care to their clients and listen to them, but this firm is far from that. Incompetent, useless and a complete waste of time. This firm was appointed by our insurance company. I'm glad I no longer need to deal with this pathetic firm again. NEVER AGAIN... if this firm is EVER appointed to anyone via their insurance company, REFUSE and opt for a different legal representative.

Ultimate lying thieving scammers. Ordered items in August 2023. Got an email saying its been dispatched and was provided with a tracking number only to find out the parcel was addressed and delivered to a person in a different country. Contacted company and was advised it was a mistake and sent out item again (after reconfirming my details) and was provided another tracking number. Same thing happened again, tracking number was for a person in a different country. They sent out third item and once again, the same happened. Nothing but scammers who take orders and provide fake or incorrect tracking numbers. They take their time replying to emails with baseless pathetic excuses with very poor english. Contacted my bank, explained what happened and showed them all correspondence, and I was lucky as the bank refunded me. DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVING LYING SCAMMING PEOPLE. Quick to take people's hard earned money and not delivering items paid for.

Had Alan Feron, engineer from Fibrenest, visit our property to resolve our Internet issue. Changed the router and it all worked wonders. Very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and friendly gentleman who definitely knows his work. Thank You Alan for resolving our Internet problems.
