We have recently moved home. Through the thick of all the stress there was a sun ray in the name of Siobhan & the acceptional customer service of Octopus. I sent a plea for help in the guise of an email, Siobhan was there just as I pressed send it seemed. It was the only effortless part of the whole house purchase & move. I also received a follow up email which in my experience to date was unheard of. Octopus really do provide outstanding customer service as part of their package it's not "extras" it's the Norm. Once again exceptional customer service. I rang to check on a prescription that had been sent electronically to Kamsons from my Doctor who had given me a telephone consultation that morning I rang Kamsons at 12oclock. I wasn't sure I would be able to collect it in time however when I got there at 12.55 it was done, bagged & ready for me to collect. The staff are always friendly, kind & reasurring. I would like to say a sincere Thank you for all you continue to do for me. As I picked up my first prescription of HRT so would my husband. 🙏

Complete scammers. I ordered an Art Box in August 2023 for 39.99. Never received it or the apparent replacement they sent. "Please be patient" 7months on still no Art Box or refund & an email say "we will replace please be patient". How is this company still allowed to trade & blatantly take peoples money ?

Unfortunately if your dog coat doesn't fit even though you have followed the measurement chart & instructions. You will be charged £5 to return the coat if you do not give up & be bullied into a replacement coat "that will fit" for £5...
All of which if was stated on purchase of the said coat you would no doubt buy the same coat cheaper from another outlet.
Despite untold emails even offering to return the said jacket by Royal Mail Tracked postage I was not given a return address, my emails then went un returned hence my need to review. If only for the purpose of saving one other person from sharing my experience with DoggyKings.com.
Still waiting to return the coat & receive a refund.
