Impossible to deal with
Impossible to deal with. They tell you you don't need to provide IBAN to set up the contract, yet will terminate the contract if you don't provide them with it within a time window. They don't tell you about this deadline though, I had to ask via the ticket service to even know it existed. Then, the service will just say "in attivazione" for weeks, with no information on what the steps are or what is going on. They have never told me the steps I need to complete to move the process forward, and the only reason I have been able to move forward with anything is because I've opened tickets in their help center to ask "is there anything else I need to do?". Here the answer is always either "yes you are supposed to provide us with this" which I had no way of knowing, or "no you just have to wait" followed by the closing of the ticket and no further help. I signed my contract and paid the starting fee almost a month ago and still do not have WiFi, and have no idea when or if I ever will. I checked to see if I could terminate this hopeless contract, but that would cost me 129€ in fees. I would strongly recommend to not ever deal with this company.
