If I could give this company a 0 I would! Bought my daughter a laptop for Christmas wouldn’t even turn on. Sent back asked for a refund refused to give me one and admitted laptop was faulty I’m now money down no replacement and no refund. Scam company and very argumentative!!! Avoid!

I dont know what happened to people whom left bad reviews, i ordered then found bad reviews on here. Sat panicking for 4 days thinking ive paid 240 pounds for trash, what arrived today looks brand new, not one scuff, scratch ANYWERE, and runs a dream

Good laptop. Barely any scratches, good performance and long battery life.

I am surprised at the bad reviews. So far the laptop, Dell Latitude is brilliant. Much better than what I could otherwise afford. Came quickly and no problems.

I wish I'd read the reviews first. Please avoid at all costs. A total scam company. I paid £330 for a laptop that was probably worth no more than £50. The laptop was also in a terrible, terrible condition. Seriously, STAY WELL CLEAR!

I wish trust pilot had a rating below 1 star as this scam of a company dont even deserve one.
I return a laptop 6 weeks ago as it had scratches all over and I am still awaiting a refund. Worse incompetent customer service in the nation bar maybe some notorious GP surgery receptionist. Please stay away from this fraudulent company.

I think this is the same company as the cheap laptop company. Don’t go near them as they are a bunch of thieving rats. I bought a laptop off them for £344 for my grand daughters Xmas but it is not even the laptop I ordered. No idea where they are based as I would get the police to investigate them.

Laptop just delivered - it is not what was advertised online. Haven't even bothered to switch it on.
Trying to return the same day as receipt but they don't answer emails or phone.
No return address on the website or in the package.
Paid £439-00, what was delivered (assuming it switches on) is not worth £100.

I brought a laptop for under £500. It is old, mouse does not work and makes a loud noise when I switch on. Despite numerous emails no response yet. There is no return label to return the laptop. I feel very upset as I cannot use this laptop and a lot of money has been taken from me. Please do not use this company. They will not pick up the phone and very slow to respond to emails.

Dont use this company, the laptops are very poor condition even though they say refurbished and previously used, the one we received was very badly marked, and already has a driver error. However when you complain (via emails as the phone line is not being answered) their customer service is non existent, I should have read the reviews before buying but lesson learnt ! David who ever you are, you need to improve your overall service dramatically ! Thankfully used a credit card to buy so can contact them if needed.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The laptop arrived quickly but made a snagging sound like the fan was hitting the outer case. Contacted them a few times asking for a replacement or a refund, heard nothing until an email from "customer services David" OMG, who the hell employed him!! No apology, no thanks you for contacting us, his response didn't even mention my name, so instead of Dear Mr ..... it started with, incidently everytime you email us you go to the back of the "que" ( learn to spell at least please!) Eventually posted the laptop back at my expense, £35.00, and relieved a refund of the purchase price (no postage refund) would not go near them ever again and I am sure the owner, unless its David, will actually realise that his business is being ruined by rude staff and poor quality.

When I first brought my laptop, I thought this company was good. They replaced the battery which was not working. The challenge now is that I do not have my product key for my microsoft package - they do not answer the phone or their email. Not sure how this company could go from good to so bad.

I bought a HP 4530 with 3 year warranty,cannot ge a response as will not start up.

I bought a refurbished dell laptop from this company, the battery is shocking & only get around an hour & a half from fully charged to empty, when contacting the company you get very cheeky email replies, they say that is all I should expect from a battery however dell say you should be getting between 8 & 9 hours battery life! the response from this company is disgusting & very rude, when looking at the laptops they should also be looking at their customer service manners! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Stay away from this company! Paid for express shipping; the laptop still hadn’t turned up after one week. Tried to call them; they never picked up the phone once.... Finally received a reply on email that there had been a problem which they hadn’t relayed to me. The express shipping cost was going to be refunded immediately. After a couple of weeks still no money had arrived and when calling no one ever picked up the phone. When the laptop finally arrived I decided to return it as was so disappointed with the lack of service from this company. I got a refund via Paypal but suddenly there was a return fee which was not informed about anywhere on the web site. Had I known they charge for returns I would never have bought anything! Overall a very disappointing experience. Stay well clear of this company!

I ordered a laptop from these people and then looked at the reviews and was not happy, so many bad reviews. Then the Latitude e6410 laptop arrived. It looks as new, very sturdy, not a scratch on it. So i thought the battery must be shagged, but no that lasted ages. Most likely get another one. as back up. Very happy

After some research I was looking for two laptops with webcams for a business. So, I ordered two Dell latitudes from this company, different models. I received a receipt and what I ordered were different to what arrived. The models received did not have webcams. After explaining this they tried to say that the models I ordered did not have webcams anyway. So I sent them the Dell specs of the models I ordered, they were adamant these did not have webcams even though it said they did on the specs. Their site also stated they did, after the sale went through the listing is removed so no proof.
They did try to offer alternatives but these should have been offered at the same price I paid for the originals for the inconvenience. I refused and sent them back for a refund.
Finally after 14days I received a refund on my credit card.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Customer service is non existent, it took me 34 emails and several no reply phone calls to finally get a refund. This company is quick to take your money but ultra slow to refund it.
I have 36 years experience on computing since the days of Large floppy disks and yet they tried to fob me off with products I didn't order.

Never give these guys your email address! Relentless spam for weeks! This is why I would never use your company! I’m out!

The computer is actually quite good but the keyboard is Irish/American so "@ £ are not as per keyboard and there is no £ sign key.
My requests for help to solve this have been met with indifference.
I cannot recommend this company and there are plenty of alternatives.
