Waiting for bar service which stopped 3 rows in front and behind of us, informed Air Stewardess Nicola who practically told us we were lying, extremely rude, other attendants knew how to treat people.

Fantastic Service

Unfortunately, due to bad debt,, we had to liquidate the company. After trawling the Internet to find someone who could give us honest easy to understand advice.

We could not have chosen better. They held our hand throughout the process, and it was the best decision we could have made.

Apparent communication and always on hand to allay our worries and fears.

Excellent service from a quality company. Highly recommended.

They also helped a friend who has a terrible credit record, he had the van the day after Tony was in touch.

First class service

We needed help and advice for our workforce contracts and contacted a few Solicitors, most of whom didn't seem interested, even though there advertising said they specialised in this kind of work.

We contacted JMR and right from the start we felt comfortable with them. The lady who answered the phone was professional and we really felt she was keen to help us.

The contracts where completed in a matter of days and we felt fantastic value for money.

I would not hesitate in recommending them and will certainly contact them should we need their services.

Poor quality

Delivery drivers, 2 of as 1 was training, where extremely polite and friendly which is where I have the 3 for.
The shopping was poor to say the least 3 items had 1 shelf day left and as 1 was 6 benecol drinks they will have to go into the bin. The chicken has been frozen, something I am not keen on, the meat had to be cooked the same day. Won't be using again.

Highly recommended.

Called in today whilst waiting to attend a meeting. Recieved a really warm welcome and the atmosphere was really relaxed.

I knew they sold delicious cupcakes but didn't know they had started a all day brunch menu. I chose the scrambled eggs and smoked bacon, £6.90, absolutely delicious.

I dont normally like smoked bacon however thos was like the old days the fat was really crispy and tasted fantastic. The eggs where light and fluffy.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Tried to change my DD and contacted their "Customer Service" ha that's a joke in itself, it wasn't until I cancelled the DD that they got in touch and promised me 1 month free for the inconvenience, still cannot get a response from them and have had the back office off for more than a week. They are absolutely useless. Don't go near the cowboys.

Absolutely appalling customer service.

Absolutely appalling customer service.
We bought a foot stool around 3 months ago and when it arrived it had no legs or instructions so I contacted them and explained the issue. A member of their customer service team,James, said leave it with him it would be sorted in a few days, nothing happened so I contacted them again. I then received an email asking me for the part number, I had already told them twice there was no parts document in the packaging, so I responded and told then again. I received another email from James, apologising and asking for the part number, I responded again and on 2 more occasions. I then received an email saying they would collect the item and refund me, this was about 5 weeks ago, the driver came to collect (DPD waste of space) and said he couldn't get it in his van. I contacted them again and told them I was going away and collect the item, a collection was arranged so on the day I was going away, which was the same day as the collection, I placed the item outside, it was never collected. I contacted them and told them it was outside and open to the elements and I wanted a refund, their response was when the item is back in the warehouse and in the same condition as delivered, I told them again it had been outside open to the elements but got no response.

A collection was then arranged for yesterday and (Pavel DPD) would collect it. A DPD van arrived with 2 items we had ordered from Amazon so I asked are you collecting the footstool as well, he said no and drove off. 2 minutes later two emails arrived one from Amazon telling me my goods had been delivered and one from Buy It Direct saying the DPD driver had missed me, it was the same driver!!!

I have again contacted them explaining once more what a shambles it all is and I want a refund as of yet I have not heard anything, absolute joke of a company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Tracking number doesn't work. Rang 43 times today and no answer. Emailed them numerous times with no answer. Would rather pay more, and will do, for better customer service. Shocking!!

Cannot fault…

From order to delivery we cannot fault them. Usually the delivery team let the sales staff down with their "not sure we can get this in" "did you explain you had a steep drive" " we are not allowed to lift above waist level" etc etc take note Oak F...........d! The delivery guys couldn't have done more they were polite, professional and took a real pride in their work. Any problems they encountered where met with a smile and a can do attitude. A real credit to the company.

Terrible service…

Bought shares in Deliveroo tried to register umpteen times from the link they emailed me. At no point during the process am I asked for the activation code, which must mean the site isn't working, fill all the questions in, get to the end then just get a scrolling sign. Emailed on more than 3 occasions and had a response to clear my browser, cookies etc told them I have tried off multiple ta let's, phones, PC's, cleared history data etc etc and still can't get on. Really really poor service.

Do not, not not buy…

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The laptop arrived quickly but made a snagging sound like the fan was hitting the outer case. Contacted them a few times asking for a replacement or a refund, heard nothing until an email from "customer services David" OMG, who the hell employed him!! No apology, no thanks you for contacting us, his response didn't even mention my name, so instead of Dear Mr ..... it started with, incidently everytime you email us you go to the back of the "que" ( learn to spell at least please!) Eventually posted the laptop back at my expense, £35.00, and relieved a refund of the purchase price (no postage refund) would not go near them ever again and I am sure the owner, unless its David, will actually realise that his business is being ruined by rude staff and poor quality.

Shouldn't there be a minus one for…

Shouldn't there be a minus one for companies like these?? Cannot fault the blind quality but the fitter, omg! he somehow poked a hole through the windowsill and instead of having some balls and admitting it, he filled it with caulk so when I got home from work there is a wet caulk filled hole in the middle of a brand new window sill.

Contacted them but somehow everytime I got through to the wrong department.

Emailed, no response, rang, no response emailed etc etc etc

Promised to pay the bill when we had it fixed. Not even a courtesy call never mind a payment.

Companies like these don't deserve to be in business as we all have access to the Internet if they continue treating customers like this word will spread.

Would not touch them with a barge pole.
