The driver just left the delivery in the porch, Didn't ring the doorbell and said the delivery had been received by wife. She didn't know delivery had been made.

2nd time of buying from Available Car
I gave 5 stars mainly because of Alex . She was brilliant. Alex came on the test drive with me and was very knowledgeable. Heled me choose between the same model car.
The one I chose had rear parking sensors with audible alert.
The whole buying process took a bit too long and involved doing alot on my phone. I wasn't so pleased about that.
I did feel a bit pressured into buying additional products. But I did not buy any.

I'm not sure about these wipers as they don't seem to fit if fit is the right word to the windscreen properly. They don't clear on the up sweep properly only the down

The driver rang the doorbell and just left the item on the doorstep not in our 'safe place' the parcel bin.
I am away on holiday and had to ask a neighbour to get the parcel & put it in the parcel bin

I was given an hour's time slot for delivery & I made sure I was home. 2 hours later I saw on parcel force app that the delivery had been taken back to the depot. Not the first time this has happened. Delivery was made the following day without any notification from parcel force.
I suppose not toolstation's fault most of the delivery companies seem to be not much good...

Terrible delivery I really do not know why companies continue to use Yodel.
Website tracking said parcel was out for delivery and I was next in line for delivery. Parcel was not delivered then tracking showing that parcel was back at depot. Because of Christmas Yodel kept parcel for four days. When website tracking showed parcel was out for delivery it said parcel was still being loaded.

I had left a message on DPD website to to say that my porch door had been left unlock so that the delivery could be left inside. But no the driver had to leave a boxed microwave outside by the wheelie bins when heavy rain was expected. He had tried to cover the box but the cover had come off and the box was wet. The microwave seems to be ok. It would have been easier to have owned the porch door and left it inside.

Ordering and payment very easy. The collection could have been easier. Went to the counter I was given a collection sheet to take to the warehouse. Had to wait around for about 8 minutes for someone to come and serve me. All the staff were very pleasant.
Its good to see that KRM are making the buying of building materials a lot easier.

I am very pleased with my laptop. Would recommend to anybody My Cheap Laptop. Quick delivery. The only thing I would say if you buy a laptop from this company read the setup instructions that come with it. The setup is different from setting up a new laptop.

I am a Self employed gardener and I always recommend Wolf Tools and World of Wolf. Service has always been very good with quick delivery

The price was good for this Husqvarna 135 Chainsaw.
The checkout was good.
The communication was poor no idea how long dispatch would take. I did email abbeygardensales to ask about dispatch and was told the chainsaw was in the workshop having a pre delivery inspection.
Dispatch was very slow it was nearly a week between order and receipt.

T'm pleased with the actual terms of the annual travel insurance.
But really not impressed that you only provide 0844 and 0845 numbers. I do wonder how much these numbers cost when phoning from abroad let alone from the U.K.

I ordered the sign as a Christmas present my girlfriend hasnt seen the sign yet. Im sure she will be very pleased with it.
I was very pleased with the ordering process impressed with the ease of the website. And pleased with the sign.
