Automotive Addiction have been, and probably always will be, a pleasure to deal with. Not only did they advise me on the purchase of my new vehicle some time ago, they have stayed in touch with me ever since and been of assistance with the many questions I’ve had since. They’ve been particularly helpful from a security perspective also, advising on all the aspects and products available leading me to choosing one in particular, which has proven to be well worth the investment. I thoroughly recommended Automotive Addiction both for their initial service, but also their ongoing service. Second to none!

After being a repeat customer of Automotive Addiction for the past 8 years, Dhyllan kindly offered the option of a SOR deal for my G80 M3 Competition.

This meant I achieved a much greater return than I would of done selling privately or using a generic car buying company.

Visited Automotive Addiction for the first time this week on a recommendation from another customer who speaks very highly of their business and work ethics and the quality of their craftsmanship . After meeting Lewis and the team I was showed around the business and given information on what they have to offer. I was also shown cars that had just been detailed and I can see as a person with a very keen eye that they are top of their game and I was very impressed which doesn’t happen too much these days. From the very first interaction, to the last, Automotive Addiction have been nothing short of tremenadous. If you’re in the market for a high-perfomance vehicle, and would like the best of the best in terms quality, maintenance history and preperation of said vehicle, stop looking, you’ve found it.

I first reached out to the AA team late August inquiring about an RS3 which just sold, though this wasn’t necessarily the worst news as right away the dialogue shifted to what else was coming into stock, and by chance (or magic) another stunning ara blue RS3 was making it’s way to AA - Louis promptly shared some details, photos and even a video, provding clear and transparent answers to any questions I had regarding the car.

A slight issue for me was that the car was lightly modified, though this proved to not be much of an issue after all as after a quick disucssion, Louis explained that AA would be supportive, and understanding, of removing the slight modifications the car had to bring it back to a completely stock build - which was a massive personal preference of mine for this vehicle. I could not believe the hassle free communication and service with what I thought would be a dealbreaker.

Throughout the entire preperation process I was kept well up to the date of every stage - updates on mod removal, videos of the PPF application, videos of the ceramic coating, pictures of the car prior to and after the extensive paint correction and detailing process; and all this shared via a WhatsApp groupchat with the sales manager & director, away with sterile communication and full of passion and enthusiasm that such magnficient vehicles deserve. Louis and Dhyllan are absolute legends.

What stood out about collection was the patience; going over every detail of the car, providing tips on how to care for it (as well as the ceramic coating & seamlessly applied PPF), explaining how the extra security I opted for works, and making sure I’m happy with everything made me feel 100% confident that AA was handing over an examplary RS3 8V, and not trying to get me out the door as soon as possible as some dealers may choose to conduct business.

As you would expect given AA’s background as professional detailers, they make cars look absolutely insane, but somehow, seeing my new RS3 in the flesh was better than I imagined! I will never forgect picking up the keys to my ara blue beauty, and a huge part of that is due to the outstanding service I recieved.

Coming to two weeks in, the car is faultless, and I have the utmost confidence that should I require any help or support over the ownership of the car, I need only to get in touch.

Recently purchased an M3 comp Xdrive from automotive addiction. Dhyllan, Louis, and the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They answered all my queries and the car was in perfect condition, even better than the pictures and videos I had received before hand. Highly recommend Automotive Addiction! I recently had PPF installed on my Model Y and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

Their workmanship is top-notch — super clean application, no bubbles, and the edges are finished perfectly. You can really tell they’re experienced and take pride in their work. The workshop is clean and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence.

These guys are a great team, especially Louis who really looked after me as a customer. They replaced the PPF wrap on the door for me, perfect match and a thorough job, removing the door handle and trim. I’ll be back soon for a tidy up of the existing PPF.

Well what can I say….Louis Is such a nice guy not pushy whatsoever ever, communication is spot on, he couldn’t be more helpful he is a credit to the team…. Want to thank all at Automotive Addiction again for another purchase. They found the car i was looking for and a major spec with low milage. Louis & Dhyllan impeccable service once again! In my opinion they are leaders in the performance car sales field, unquestionably. Patient, and cater to any requirements you have. It's not just a dealership it's a specialist family and you feel a part of it. Many car dealerships wash their hands once you purchase. But they are here to help with anything car related, they can recommend other specialists in the field for example, Dash cams, or fittings for bodykits etc (they do all body kits in house but should you want to do at later date they can recommend), you can talk to them after purchase anytime, they actively take interest to how you are enjoying your car. I haven't been anywhere else since my first purchase, I refuse because I knew the service and quality you receive here is immaculate. They are slightly more than their competitors, for good reason. Again in my opinion they are leading, for a reason, I've not seen detailing like this from a dealership EVER. The amount of comments I get on my car and the head turning, from the looks that match the sound really warms my heart, and it's Dhyllan, Louis & Co that made it possible for me how have an RS3 that turns heads from parking mode to drive ! You get what you pay for. I say in confidence you will have no issues after driving out of the dealership with these guys, they sell new cars too but if you go for a used example, the only way to tell that the car is not brand new from factory, is to look at the milage, thats it. Everything. Everywhere. Spotless. They won't release the vehicle to the new owner unless its been thoroughly inspected and meets their high quality standards. The excellence of their service is unrivalled. How does a car of various years look like new? Automotive Addiction. I love my car really they made another car dream come true for me. They work tirelessly to ensure you are comfortable and don't push you for anything, you decide, and they bring it to fruition.
