Really disappointed with the service and lack of it too. Taken nearly 8 weeks to get my full order. First order apparently went missing. Second order I was told had been dispatched but never came then chased again. Finally turned up but wrong mat sent. Complained and was told would not dispatch new one unless old one was collected which is a joke as it was their cock up not mine. Another 2 weeks before this turned up. Not totally happy with quality. One ripped just putting on and head rests are not a great fit and not all are the same either. Cannot be asked with the hassle to send them back again. Don’t think I’ll ever use or recommend this company.

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. From the initial first point of contact with Dhyllan to picking the car up has been a first class experience. The knowledge and quality of his vehicles to the highest car preparation I’ve ever come across is something else. These cars leave his premises looking better than they do new. The attention to detail is something else. There’s not one inch of his cars that doesn’t get touched. Dhyllan made the experience like no other and made the transition so easy nothing was too much for him. He kept you up dated throughout with update pictures and videos of the preparation and the effort he goes to on collection day is brilliant. Cannot thank Dhyllan and his team enough and would not hesitate to purchase a car off him again

Been brilliant and straight forward to deal. Customer services was spot on and also saved £20 per month compared to other contracts by other providers. Would highly recommend. Promt next day service also.

Left down after promise after promise. order bathroom items on the Monday, selected the delivery day of the Wednesday on check out with everything showing in stock. Wednesday came and gone so rang on Thursday only to be told the delivery was not coming until 9th of may !!. the lady on the phone said don't worry I will re arrange delivery to have it out next day. Friday comes and no sign of delivery again, so another phone call to be told it hadn't left them yet but would 100% be with the pallet delivery company tomorrow morning (Saturday) ready for collection or delivery. travelled 20 miles to the pallet depot to collect as we were on tight time scale to open a brand new showroom on the Monday only to find there was no pallet and also no sign of the pallet on the system. so again another phone call to VP to a grumpy advisor who had the cheek to tell me do you want me to just magic it thin air for you. so of course more promises of a phone call back within a few hours which never happened leading me to chase again on the Monday. finally the stuff arrived on the Tuesday only to find the vanity unit and sink missing. another phone call to find out where this was and they didn't have a clue where it was and would have to order another one but the one we ordered was out of stock until may so had to get a different one to the one we ordered. not impressed at all with the service. this has cost us hundreds of pounds with their promises having plumbers and electricians sat waiting for the stuff and opening a branding new showroom with no displays to show with pipe work and wires showing through the walls. would avoid at all costs if your in a hurry and like false promises

Great service from ordering to delivering. Very accommodating in changing size of vehicle required due to access issues. Drivers Nigel and Craig were great guys. Helpful and polite. Definitely use again.
