We would like to clarify that the product you received was a parallel import. The packaging included both Bulgarian and Polish text, which is standard for such products, and there were no Russian markings.
This product is approved and sold in pharmacies in Poland. Our product listing also indicates that it may be a parallel import. If you were not satisfied with the product, you had the right to return it, as your order was completed correctly and you are entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract.

This is the fourth time I've been shopping in this store, I'm always very happy, if I have any questions about supplements, I get quick and comprehensive answers via email, although this time I was disappointed with the Royal Mail, which didn't leave a delivery card, so I didn't know I had to pick up a parcel, that's why I gave it a 4 stars

I placed the order a few weeks ago and never received it. The company said they posted it from Poland which is outrageous not to have informed customers about it before placing an order. Been waiting for over three weeks, they have gone silent about the parcel whereabouts.

Very bad customer service. If not to say no customer service at all.
They have sent me wrong product and yet said its what I have ordered. One rude email as reply. Nobody picks the phone when I tried to call a few times. It was my last order with them. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.
