SCAMMERS WHO CONSTANTLY HARASS FOR NONEXISTENT RENT

Not only do these scammers stole 290 pounds from me as initial payment for rent, letting me know I could move in with providing guarantor from outside of UK. They literally never provided me the keys or responded to my emails of sharing details of my Guarantor. Conveniently, after a week when the tenancy agreement's cancellation becomes unavailable they respond to me. Even after 3 weeks of the initial payment they haven't allowed me to move in or provided me with keys. But get this they still have the audacity to harass me in my email every single day about due rent. What rent do I even have due when I have 1 never moved in 2 have never collected the keys. This clearly goes against UK law

Plain and simple, apart student are frauds and scammers who prey on international students. AVOID AT ALL COST

Terrible - Hosts are unobtainable

Firstly; although this was where I stayed, it was advertised, and sold to me as Stylish Appartments & Rooms.
Secondly; It is normally student accommodation, but is rented out to anyone during the holidays.
I booked for 4 nights through booking.com, and was sent several emails, confirming the booking, and giving me a U.K. telephone number to enable contact with the hosts.
When I arrived, there was no soap or towels in the bathroom, and no coat hangers in the wardrobe. The room was stifling hot, with no air conditioning, and no way of opening a window, as they had been sealed, apparently for safety reasons.
I rang the number given, and was told that company hadn’t managed the property for over a year. This was the number that was also given at check in. They continued to bombard me with emails, a couple of which I replied to, but got no response to. A new telephone number appeared, on my last day there, which I rang several times, but kept getting a message saying “this number is not in service”.
Booking.com, as usual, have blamed everyone else, and the “hosts” are impossible to contact.
PLEASE BE AWARE, that if you are an adult, and want a bit of service for your money, you need to AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs.

Living in aparto Dorset point

Living in aparto Dorset point, the place has good facilities but it’s all made useless when you are subjected to dogs constantly barking all day it’s torture you can’t get anything done definitely no sleeping or studying. Aparto feels no responsibility for this. I feel responsible to let people know what they’re getting themselves into.

Honestly if I could give Aparto Arbury…

Honestly if I could give Aparto Arbury Court zero stars I would. I moved in this year and it’s been hell. Firstly when I moved in my kitchen had an infestation of fruit flies which had not been dealt with other than strips of sticky paper which hardly did anything. After bringing it up to them they just said to buy more sticky paper stuff. It’s not March and the infestation is still going. Not to mention my kitchen door does not lock properly so out with my flat anyone can just walk in. Along with the kitchen door the main door into the flat is broken and won’t lock too. We have keycards which we don’t even have to use to get in it’s a joke and a massive privacy / safety issue. They closed all the facilities we were promised. Have stopped the bus service they promised since most unis are not in person. Scammed us out of loads of money promising us great events we’ve not had. We just get rubbish online events which not many people attend. The Covid safety has been appalling with security just randomly walking into people’s flats. The fire alarms we had moving in in September were apparently not working the whole time and they’re putting new ones in now that are far to loud and flash a red light (not good for people with epilepsy ect). They’ve never taken into consideration anyone’s medical conditions ect. They won’t help anyone out with reductions even though there management is shocking. Repairs aren’t done properly or timely. They’re breaking national codes and just honestly it’s so bad don’t come here
