The experience being shuttled from the parking spot to the airport was great. The experience coming back was miserable. We waited for two hours for the shuttle at the airport. The lady driving the shuttle was very rude. The experience was not the best I will in the future use the services, but with a different shuttle/hotel.

It was a very fairly priced service. My only complaint was that the receipt noted the shuttle ran 24/7 every 30 minutes. In reality, you must call the hotel to request pickup. We waited 30 minutes before calling, But they were there 5 minutes later!
