I had great customer service regarding an error in parking days
I made a parking reservation and ended up with the wrong number of parking days. I left a message regarding the error and a day later, my parking stay was adjusted to the correct number of days. I also received a call from the parking office letting me know that they had corrected the initial parking days error that I made.
I thought that was great customer service.

Great service and very convenient
Great service and very convenient. Once we retrieved our baggage we called the Embassy Suites and our driver arrived within 10 minutes. It was 7 degrees and he grabbed our gas and took care of everything. A very friendly conversant likable guy. And when we got to the hotel parking lot, he drove straight to the back of our car and said, “pop your trunk” and he loaded our bags into it so we wouldn’t have to be out in the cold any longer than necessary! Will definitely use them again.
