Been using this for a couple of years and very happy with both price and ease of booking.

The cost didn't go up from last January. Easy to use the website.

We have used this service many times before. Always very satisfied.

some times the shuttle at late night is not available even though it is in time frame.

The shuttle drivers were very pleasant at Embassy Suites STL and the app made the process very quick and easy! Would utilize again.

Everything went smoothly on drop off but return was disasterous. I called the number stamped on my receipt and it went to voice mail that wouldn't accept the message as "mail box full" then hung up on me. This happened twice while we waited a total of 45 minutes for shuttle that was surposed to circle every 15 minutes. When I finally called the hotel desk they said I was on "wrong level, need to go upstairs to different door to wait". I was never told of change in shuttle route when we dropped off car. Waited in freezing weather for an hour. Unacceptable performance. Could have been avoided with clear communications from clerk on day of drop off. Will not use this service again.

No shuttle service after 5:00 pm, is a deal breaker for me.

The driver was great! Friendly without being overly familiar. Just what you want.

I'm going to be driving to the port form out of state and the website was easy to use for port parking. Only thing would be to have a little easier for people to find port parking, not default to airport parking options - I almost made reservations for the airport and not port parking.

Easy to search and find parking locations to compare and choose. Upfront transparency on total cost, purchase and instructions all self-explanatory, including details if cancellation is necessary. Print and done. Excellent prices. Perfect Service. Love it.

Very simple and easy; garage help was great; shuttle was there and took us right to the ship after loading the bags for us. Helped unload the bag also. Shuttle was there when we disembarked and took us right to the garage. Helped load the bags again and helped unload at the garage. Got to our vehicle and exited the garage by putting our ticket in the machine and we were on our way home. FYI Garage is very low so the height measurement given is correct. Most large pickups will not fit.

1st time parking there, this will be a good alternative during any holidays and busy travel season.

My car was broken into. They smashed my window sending glass down on the seat of my Infiniti QX50 and glass scratched my paint and interior leather parts. I’m still waiting for a return call from the Hotel Manager. It’s been over 30 hours since I call for him/her. Damages will be several thousand dollars.They should pay the whole bill. I’m looking for them to pay my deductible. If not Small Claims Court here we come. This has happened there several times I’ve been told now! Holiday Inn and Suites North at the Atlanta airport needs to step up and do the right thing!

I’ve never had any problem with airport parking Inc. and I have appreciated their lower prices. But noticed a very large 33 to 40% high can price is that necessary? I have recommended you but that being lower anymore you may be hurting yourself.

easy registration; ease of parking at hotel with shuttle service great. conveinient locations for parking near airport. However, on the return trip the shuttles stopped at 5pm and a taxi head to be utilized costing an additional 15$ to go less than 1 mile. There is also an increase of cost to park during holiday times.

Every on e was friendly. the shuttle busses really ran on time every 15 minutes.
