I placed two orders for the same address, 10 minutes apart. One order delivered the other cancelled because the computer decided that the second order did not allow enough time for the order to be delivered the same day. The first order delivered the second not. Another reason i was originally told was that the order not delivered had mylar balloons which they said could not be delivered because of the heat here in Florida. Too bad the first order had mylar balloons. Will never order again from 1800 balloons. Will find a location myself and not rely on a computer to ruin my day. I spoke to a representative named Carol. She tried to explain what happened but it did not help the damage it caused. I needed both orders to be delivered.

I placed an order on a Monday for a delivery on Wednesday. Everything appeared to be fine. Seriously? It's a little bit freaking late to be able to get an alternative plan to get something to this person on their special birthday. Thanks a lot 1-800 balloons. Absolutely would not ever deal with them again because they cannot be trusted to come through with the item that they're supposedly selling.
Never use them. Unreliable
They couldn't find a shop that would deliver the balloons. It's the second time. First time their fault 2nd time my fault. Will never use them again.
Extremely Disappointing
Very disappointed with my experience. I ordered a 15-balloon “Get Well” arrangement for my nephew, paying $110. What he received was about 12 balloons, some already almost deflated, and the arrangement looked nothing like what was promised. For the price this was completely unacceptable. Poor quality, poor presentation, and overall bad service. I would not recommend ordering from here.

Do NOT order from this company ! I sent my granddaughter balloons for her birthday; they cost over 114.00 and were deflated by the evening on the same day they were delivered.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Balloons were never delivered. They stated they called and attempted to deliver which is a lie as no one received a call nor were the balloons delivered as everyone was together on the expected date of delivery. Stay AWAY!!!
Stay Away
Stay away. Order never received despite being told they were out for delivery. Phones shut down at odd hours and don't pick up during the hours stated on the message. I should have read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered an expensive balloon gift to be delivered on a birthday. Three days later it has still not arrived. I was charged for it. I cannot get in contact with a supervisor. No one answers the phone. Unreal. What type of business is this?!?!

Weeks in advance, I ordered a balloon for delivery for my son's birthday. The afternoon they were to be delivered, I received this message:
"Hi,
Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we do not have an affiliate in the area who could either fill or deliver your order to your recipient. Unfortunately they have run out of helium and with the holidays and
nationwide helium shortage are unsure when they will receive more.
We have notified our accounting department to issue you a full refund which you will see in 3-5 business days.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you

The refund is fine, but that left me without any options to send a birthday gift! Inexcusable by this company that promotes selling balloon deliveries!!!
Very Disappointed
The balloons were very different from those pictured on the website, and the latex balloons deflated immediately on arrival, not in a few hours as advertised. I contacted the company and did not receive a satisfactory answer.

Really? An inconvenience? I hope people check reviews before ordering! I never would have ordered if I had read all the negative reviews! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

This company is a JOKE. I ordered a balloon bouquet for my husband and the day of his birthday, I was "contacted" via email that they had no affiliates to fulfill the order. (I live in the DC area) Later that day, I received an unprofessional "oh well.. it's not our problem" response. They did nothing to try to make it right. Just save yourself the headache and find someone else.
What a waste of a service
What a waste of a service. I ordered birthday balloons for my daughter and they waited until 12pm to inform me they can't fulfill the order. This totally defeats the purpose of order balloons when you don't have time to go to the store.
What good are birthday balloons if they don’t show up…
Ordered balloons for my husbands birthday 5 days before his birthday. He was at our cabin in Montana. I was told on his birthday that they would be delivered. The local liaison then contacted my husband asking if she could deliver next day. He told her that was okay if she delivered before 4 as he was leaving to drive back to Maryland for the season. He waited til 450, and she didn’t show. My camera shows she left the. At the door about 5. They will sit there all winter. They won’t apologize or refund my money. I would not even try to use them again

Ordered a balloon bouquet for my grandsons 1st birthday who lives 2600 miles from me it was not at all what was expected
It was strictly for a girl and although I knew there could be substitutions this was a bouquet for a girl and was only 1/2 inflated at best on day of delivery and 2 days later they were on the floor not only was this disappointing it was rather embarrassing and was 120.00. Wish I could post pictures but there’s no way to leave pics. I gave them the opportunity to make it right but they declined.

I'm an out of town parent and I desperately wanted to surprise my son on his 18th birthday today.. However, I was called this afternoon that there vendor in Buckley West Virginia "Ran out of Helium" (uhhh, How is that possible if u run a business!) Anyways they thanked me for using there service & told me not to worry, That I will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days!! Gee-Whiz Thank you 1800Balloons!! Ya do GOOD business!!

I ordered a "Large" Teddy Bear and balloon bouquet to be delivered to my 10 year old grand niece yesterday. My nephew (her father) was killed in an accident over the weekend and I was trying to give her some comfort. I understand they may switch out for a different stuffed animal, but instead of a large bear, she received a puppy the size of my hand (so not large). I cannot get through on any of their lines, and no one is calling me back.

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with this company . I order early for a same day delivery and I get a call a few hours later and the balloons CANNOT be delivered the same day. If you do not have the ability to deliver the same day THEN DONT ADVERTISE SAME DAY DELIVERY!

Ordered balloons for granddaughters birthday and they never arrived. When I called the day delivery I was told they would be delivered by 5pm AZ time. NEVER showed up. I called to get a refund was told they would find out why and NEVER followed up with that either. I will never buy from them again! WORST customer service ever!
