Great Customer Service

I had made a large ballon order for my child’s graduation party and one of the big lettered balloons in “GRAD” had broken as a result of my own fault. When I called their number I was very desperate as the party was coming up very soon and I couldn’t get that big letter near me urgently. They spent the time to hear my situation and listen. They responded on how they would help me and the best logistics to get me the balloon. They fixed the situation for me and delivered the broken lettered balloon within no time. It was unbelievable. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service that actually cared and provided a great product. I will be ordering more balloons for my kids events from here.

Very bad!

They don’t respond to the customer service number. Never order from them
They did not deliver my balloons and ruined a sweet 16 party

Wish I’d read the reviews!!

Wish I’d read the reviews!!! No communication. Showed up two hours after 6 hour delivery window ended with zero communication despite repeated phone calls and messages. I ordered replacement balloons. Promised a refund and didn’t refund me and now I have a claim open with my cc company.

WORST EXPERIENCE!

WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE!!!!
Balloons arrived nearly 4 hours late at the end of the day. I spent a fair amount of money for my order... part of which was damaged and the other part missing.
No calls nor emails were returned as customer service is non existent.

Please don’t use! Took money but no balloons delivered!!

Horrific experience using this company, please save yourself the stress and disappointment and use someone else. I was stuck between them and the hotel, one of them was lying and blaming it on the other. At the end of the day the balloons were not delivered, and it was to celebrate my Mother’s special Birthday. Rubbish Customer Service, would not put themselves out to satisfy the Customer. Nightmare!
