My order was placed 9/26/2025 and it has not shipped yet. 

My glasses are wow....love them.   I ordered Charmaine in Blue/Green.   Absolutely stunning.
So easy to order and also quick to arrive through the mail.

I was impressed with the selection of frames and really impressed with the email I received after I placed my order for 3 pairs of Rx sunglasses to confirm it was correct. I was disappointed, though when I received my order, because I thought I had ordered mirrored tints on 2 of the 3 pairs and they were just tinted, and not tinted dark enough to really even be considered sunglasses. It was my error, I misread the description, but to be classified as sunglasses and not be tinted enough to do anything as far as sun protection was kind of a bummer.

I was stunned by my wonderful experience with CoolFrames after reading all these bad reviews. I have nothing but praise with the entire experience. They had the exact frame I was looking for. Uploading a pic of my prescription was easy along with the entire web ordering process. I had a question so I called and CS answered right away and took care of me. The glasses arrived in just 9 days and they are PERFECT! Would buy from them again without hesitation.
