I've been chatting with the customer support crew at Pergolux several times as I work through the details of my install. My last chat was with Eric L. I believe I've communicated with him before, both chat and phone. I know I've chatted with others.

They have been uniformly excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my ton of question.

And on the rare time they did not know the answer immediately, they went to their backline support or to their demo units to get the correct answer.

They have made this project much easier.

I am having a team do the install, Elite. I'm much past that point in my life.

I will post a follow up  on that process. So far my discussions with that team have been excellent as well.

Great customer service! They look great and can be built by 2-3 people. Very sturdy and well built. The adjustable slats work excellent (just don’t over tighten during construction), sun shades work great too and are very sleek.

Packaging was awesome, no issues. Was packed very neatly. Did most of the assembly by myself and my boy helped with the roof. Having extra parts of almost everything was also great, didn't need any, but took a little anxiety away! Would definitely purchase from here again.

Easy to deal with and they have a great product!

Brody at The Carport Co is easy to work with and provides great customer service, and I recommend using them. I have a couple of reservations about the Eagle product they sell though. Eagle seems to use steel that is the lightest gauge within the specified range, and my installation experience wasn't great. But, if you're mindful of these things and very attentive during the installation, you'll enjoy the end result.

All items were delivered on time, easily assembled and was completed in the same day. 

Really happy with The Luxury Pergola! The quality is excellent, installation was smooth, and the team was professional and helpful throughout
