The staff were responsive, helpful and easy to deal with. The deck kit arrived very quickly and included everything needed. The only instructions was video with images only. At least the deck was color coded to the video. Some written instructions mailed with the deck would be useful. My kit included railings and stairs with no instructions at all. I had asked for stairs that were to include two steps for a total of three steps down to the ground due to our age. They had two step but the first step was only an inch from the deck boards. We will have to rebuild them to make them usable for us.

Following placing an order Chris offered advice and support in respect of redesigning our garden. We wanted to utilise a large part of the garden which we were unable to access due to a low wall and lack of steps. Chris and his team removed large bushes and trees to flatten the area . His team who were all hard working took numerous trees, bushes soil etc  by wheelbarrow to the front of our house to dispose of. They removed a patio area which was crumbling and decrepid replacing it with a new one with steps located centrally. They built a pergola in metal in the new area of the garden and a round standing area for a table and chairs. They covered the grass and driveway with boards to prevent damage. The finished result is amazing . We have the task of finding plants etc. I would fully recommend Chris and his team who were timely and worked hard and were respectful towards us

I live at 152 Grandview Drive Pittston, We had Green Valley for our HOA..They were let go because of the work they didnt do in the condo area, They took care of the upper half(Trees schrubs bushes) but not the bottom half. They cut the grass weekly the upper half but the lower half every other week even though we payed to have it cut weekkly.They did not do any trees bushes shrubs leaf cleanup in 2023/2024 the lower half,I  am handicapped and disable and I payed out of pocket to have things done outside which they should have done,I tryed to do some things outside but its hard under my condition. I was not happy the 4 years we had them.If I could have wrote a book about this company I would have called it 4 years  of hell living where I live. They never fixed the back hill and never worried about the dropout on the side of the house.They should be ashamed to call themself a good company.

 We started looking for artificial turf when our original turf was failing. We reached out to many companies and had them provide routes and went with Big Bully even though they were more expensive. The reason we went with them is that they provided reasons that were important to us with having 6 dogs. The main thing was the said that the infill that they used would reduce the grass heat by around 20% and that if we hosed it down it would be even cooler which is very important in AZ during the summer months. Once the grass was installed it was a fight to get anyone on the phone when we were having issues right from the beginning from the ground being un-level and there were nails that were sticking up and major mounts and clumps of infill that was throughout the grass and against the wall. Both myself and husband work and we told them we could not take more time off for them to fix the issues that they caused so we were always playing phone tag with them just to get someone to come out after 230. Once they came out to fix the issues that they caused they only completed some of the issues stating that it was resolved but there are still mounts of infill as well as when they laid the grass they did not make sure that the ground was level so it is like walking over little hills in some spots as well as some nails that are still not completely down and I have hit with my toes when walking on the grass. A few days later we noticed that there was a melted spot in the grass and they tried to say it was our fault but the had a gas powered sweeper out that that placed on the grass in the area that had melted. They had someone come out and confirm that it was the workers that caused the issue but they only want to do a patch job instead of replacing the 5x6 piece.

I will never recommended this company for many reasons.
1. The refuse to communicate with you and will ghost you for as long as they can.
2. They lie about their product, grass is so hot I can not walk on it even before it it 12pm or the hottest part of the day. My pavers are cooler than the grass.
3. They will not own the work of contractor they hire to come out to fix the issues at hand and you can not even speak with them as they do not speak any English.

Please think 2x before ever using this company.
1. Lack of communication 
2. No follow through 
3. More expensive than other companies and the product is by no means any better

Perfect experience. From the beginning Dax and team were very attentive to understanding exactly what we were looking for but also proactively suggesting alterations that would make the project better. Dax’s suggestions have resulted in a more functional deck and patio than what we asked for. We are thrilled with the quality of the work, responsiveness of the team, and diligence of the work. Project was completed faster than we expected, kept us engaged in every step of the process, and was done professionally with focus on detail. I would highly recommend Valdovinos Construction. 

Atlas General Contractors were excellent and a pleasure to do business with. We needed a new front stoop and two paved walkways. Then we added an 11x11 concrete pad for a shed and a walkway to the driveway in front. Abdul always responded quickly when I had questions. He made a great suggestion for drainage lines from our downspouts. He stopped by frequently to check on the progress of the job. We are already planning our next project with him.

Alec and his team transformed a tired large garden area in to an amazing space through a creative and collaborative approach, and committed effort. From start to finish, the team worked tirelessly with an enthusiastic and friendly manner to ensure the project was delivered timely and to an optimal level of satisfaction. Unquestionably customer focused!!
