This is the third Chilipad  product that I have owned.  All do the job well, but this newest purchase is noisier than the other models.  That is the only complaint that I have.  I hope that it is only a matter of getting used to the noise.

The anticipation!! I just moved and decided on this new bed as a moving in and birthday gift to myself. I loved how WinkBeds kept me posted of when my bed was put into production, when it was shipped, and when it was delivered. And when it was delivered it came with a welcome card. It made the special purchase of a new bed even more special. Also, it came in less than a week!!

I’ve noticed I wake up more refreshed since switching to these. They give me steady comfort and don’t sag overnight. They are slightly smaller than I imagined, but that hasn’t affected the experience much. They’ve been a good buy.

Lewis was clear and very prompt in replying to my request. We’ve purchased a bed from this company once before and have found the product, delivery, and all communications to have been reliable and of high quality.

My husband and I bought a beautyrest mattress from Mattress Warehouse located in Rocky Mount NC. When we went there we had all intentions of buying a Sterns and Foster but after talking to the store manager and comparing the two we decided to get the Beautyrest. Best decision ever!! We did have a minor problem with the bed being a little too high for us because of health issues but Tim jumped right in and personally came to our home and lowered the base to make it better for us to get on. Tim’s knowledge of the bed and his excitement talking to us about all the functions it has made the sale so enjoyable. Tim is such a great salesman for your product and you can rest assure the other two bedrooms upstairs in our new home will have your mattress in them and no doubt Tim will be the only one we will deal with. 

the delivery was good and fast.The products are perfect-we have bought 4 Tempur Original pillows and we all like them very much. Good price in outlet. Thank you. 

I ordered and received the smoothspine massager.   My order number was 31322109.  The charge went through okay.  However, I fractured my vertebrae and cannot use the massager.  I first contacted Support on 9/29/25 and have sent follow-up emails 5 times requesting return instructions but have not received a response with instructions.  Each time I send an email they send a new ticket number with the message that "We’ve received your support request and our team is now reviewing it. 

Brilliant after-sales support and customer service. Helped me diagnose the fault with my new Dreams bed AV equipment until the solution was found.
