I was overall happy with my purchase of three corals. They also sent a free Blasto frag with my order, which was a nice surprise! One (Trachy)was perfect, another (Scoly)was damaged during shipping but is healing and is very pretty, the final one (Ultra Trachy)did not look anything like the photo on the website, was very bland in color and no red as shown, even after multiple days of acclimating to my tank. All coral are doing well and I was reimbursed for the coral that I was dissatisfied with. Going to place another order and looking forward to receiving them!

Our visit to Givskud Zoo was nothing short of extraordinary. The park itself is beautifully maintained, offering a unique combination of safari and traditional zoo experiences that allow visitors to get remarkably close to the animals in a safe and respectful way. From majestic lions to gentle giraffes, every enclosure reflects a deep commitment to animal welfare and conservation.

What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional service and warm professionalism of Henrik Kusk Jeppesen. From our first contact, Henrik was not only incredibly helpful and informative, but also made us feel genuinely welcome. His deep knowledge, clear communication, and personal attention to detail turned our visit from enjoyable to unforgettable. It’s rare to encounter someone so passionate and dedicated, and it made all the difference.

Thanks to Henrik and the entire Givskud team, our day was smooth, educational, and full of memorable moments. Just setting it up:  the manual is not useful (it starts beeping the second you plug it in, manual tells you nothing about how to shut it off.) But this is the important part:  DON’T CALL THE PHONE NUMBER!!! It hooks you up to what seems to be a medical alert necklace scam!

Ordered a Skimmer for my Nano Reef. The customer service was good, and the product cleaned everything up nicely. Recommend giving it a try.

Awful day out! Where are all the animals?! We were looking forward to a family day out after myself and my husband having an extremely busy week running events and we were very disappointed - even our 6 year old said before we made any comment about how bad it was. We also pre booked the feed the lorikeets at 2:30pm - when we arrived there was a queue and people paying to go in. When we came to the desk we were told it’s been busy and the lorikeets may be too full to eat! We went through anyway as naturally the children were excited. The keeper inside said they were only letting pre booked in which was a clear lie as we just watched families pay to come in. Why let people come through who haven’t pre booked? Just work on pre booked basis. There were over 70 people in there so no wonder the Lorikeets didn’t want to eat any more! Taking money for nothing and highly unfair on those who had pre booked. The enclosures themselves seemed very small and un kept. Our 13 year old said we see more animals at our family farm. The snake house has 1 snake out of the 2 enclosures there. Activities around the gruffalo trail were broken and not working. For a day out that has code over £80 for a family of 4 - it was extremely disappointing and we would not recommend going to anyone. There are far better zoos such as Cotswold wildlife park, longleat and West Midlands safari. Do not waste your money here. Very sad.

The Palms Zoo is doing wonderful work with the sheer variety of animals they help. Their commitment to visitor engagement is also outstanding; all the interactive activities involving the animals and people are truly marvelous.

We recently attended a corporate event here & the staff were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, warm & attentive.
The food was delicious & the waiting staff were efficient. Highly recommend 

This was my 5th trip to Africa; my husband's 2nd, and our friends 1st adventure there. The 4 of us provided Jordan with some initial thoughts/ideas and she began developing options for our consideration. Jordan's knowledge of the camps, her first hand experience growing up there, and her listening to what would work for the 4 of us travelers was invaluable. 

We visited 2 camps in Nambia and 3 in Zimbabwe. It was the best game viewing of my 5 visits--rhino, lions, cheetah, leopards, buffalo, painted dogs, lots of elephants, giraffes and other wildlife. The camps were private reserves. The guides, trackers, chefs and teams at each camp were all top notch. The food was so delicious that we came home with a few extra pounds! 

We were greeted in each of the big airports, and efficiently taken through security/passport control. Pilots and drivers between camps were all terrific--knowledgeable and very experienced. We are about to start planning next year's adventure with Jordan, and we know it will be another awesome trip. A thousand thanks to you, Jordan!
