Awful survey process with complex, poorly written and unhelpful report, overpriced, did not help me purchase a house

While the 101-page report provided is indeed very comprehensive, it also contains a lot of specific recommendations, advice and information Having reviewed our records, we’re unable to see that you’re raised anything with us prior to today or tried to contact us to discuss any concerns but we’ happily provide further explanation if required.
