We purchased a ceramic heater whose stand to prop it upright broke. Delonghi or DeCrappi refused to repair or replace or even try to sell us a new part.

This means whatever you buy from these terrible manufacturers - you are on your own - within or without the warranty period.

I would never buy anything from these people ever again and I will influence everyone I know not to buy!!!

Terrible customer experience - they avoid cancelling contracts by having a deliberately confusing process and you can never speak to anyone at MTN!!!
