If 0 stars was an option I’d have picked that!! Unfortunately I placed my order before all the negative reviews.

Placed my order not delivered for 4 weeks after me chasing most days for updates and they arrived too late. Tried to request a return and refund to be told it’s £10 charge to return despite not stating this on the website (and me receiving an email advising 30 days free returns)

Raised this with them and they offered 20% JOKE!!

Raised with ASA this morning absolute scam of a company do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY - stick to shein it’s better quality and actual customer service!!!
