Hidden fees, you will have to pay to send it back to Asia yourself
Hidden fees: they want a £10 admin fee and you have to pay to post the item from London to Asia. Alternatively they will offer you a £3.50 refund and you can keep the item! Absolutely not fit for purpose at all, they don’t fit UK guidelines, they smell appalling, they don’t look like the image. Not based on London as they fraudulently mislead and essentially do everything they can to not refund you anything. Sending onto trading standards and a legal team
