I was half an hour late for my MOT…
I was half an hour late for my MOT which meant I had missed my slot. The friendly staff managed to fit my car in when they had a cancellation during the day. I was very lucky. I am very grateful for the staff going out of their way to assist even though it was my error. Thanks guys, you are great!
