I honestly regret ever trusting this company — and especially Jess, who completely misled me from the very beginning. Everything she promised turned out to be nothing but fake stories and empty words.
Jess confidently told me I’d be on the first page within weeks and in the top 3 within 3 months because there wasn’t much competition in my area. That sounded professional and convincing at first — but it was all lies. Months have passed and absolutely nothing has been done.
Every time I asked for an update, Jess repeated the same scripted lines like “it’s in progress” or “we’ve reappealed to Google,” yet not a single email, proof, or real result was ever shown. My account has been suspended for over two months, and they’ve done absolutely nothing to fix it. They even told me a new business profile was created — when I checked, it simply didn’t exist!
This whole experience has been infuriating, stressful, and a complete waste of my time and money. They just keep making promises to keep you quiet, but behind the scenes, nothing is actually happening. I feel completely cheated and deceived by this company.
If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind — stay far away from them. They’ll take your money, make fake promises, and deliver absolutely nothing. One of the most frustrating and dishonest companies I’ve ever dealt with.
