Support is a joke!
I’ve been trying to activate BTC withdrawals for two weeks — this is beyond ridiculous. My wallet address was verified in the app, then you asked for a photo of my cold wallet with the address visible, which I also provided. Still nothing. Now you’re demanding a selfie with my ID, and right after I send it, you disable the withdrawal completely. There’s zero real support here — just a useless AI chat that goes in circles.
