My partner and I met with Jack today and we were very impressed with how welcoming, professional and patient he was. We came in not knowing what to expect but he made this experience very comfortable and enjoyable. He went out of his way to explain and breakdown the entire process of designing the perfect fit. Although we couldn’t decide, Jack was able to narrow it down to a couple of rings. We did come in with a few designs that we didn’t think fit with our vision, but we loved how Jack still encouraged us to try different designs and cuts, which really confirmed what we liked and what we didn’t like. We really look forward to seeing Jack again in our next appointment to finalise our dream ring!!
