I had a really good experience with this company and their customer service team. The dress I ordered was exactly as described, the material, stitching, and overall quality were excellent, and it looked just like the photos online. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit me quite right in terms of size, but everything else about it was perfect.

Since I’m an international customer and shipping costs can be quite high, they offered a replacement item of equal value instead of having me send it back.
