Bezel’s website was easy to use to find the watch I was looking for. The whole process was easy and straightforward. The authentication process helped bring peace of mind to purchase as well. Communicating with staff was thorough, quick, and very helpful. The only downside at all, was being charged to use a credit card. Which I understand, but also felt a bit pretty. Oh well. Not sure I’ll be in the market for another watch soon, but if the time comes I’ll definitely be a repeat customer through Bezel.
