EDIT: I've now had contact with Ross - the new Head of Sales who has provided a positive update on both my portfolio and the wider business. Hopefully there is action now!
I invested money with Oeno a long time ago. I requested them to start liquidating the portfolio nearly 2 years ago. It took them 12 months just to action this. I have had no response from them since, despite multiple chasers. I have also not had an account manager for months! The whole thing is a mess and a scam!
