Terrible Customer Service For Damaged Part
ordered playkitchen/fride 8/23/25. back ordered but rec'd with damaged part--stove knobs piece. still have not rec'd replacement part as of 10/18/25. usps shipping shows no movement as of yet. customer service rep indicated part had shipped 10/12/25. where is it? we are very disappointed in this process & with tiny land. Ready to escalate because kitchen set sits waiting to be assembled for grand child. never had this happen with any merchandise/retailer.
