Zero communication
Zero communication through their facebook, phone number, or listed e-mail. I was ignored on every platform and there were no changes in order status for nearly two weeks (still no updates). I decided to issue a dispute with my bank since they also wouldn't respond to my request to cancel after being ignored for days.
Edit: 10/22/25 they did respond today and canceled the order.
