You are getting two stars because of your tie with Wincarton. I absolutely love your product but unfortunately I have to return as it is eating whole of my lounge space. Your delivery partner did not deliver on time and now on collection, they do not collect on time. At this time of review, I am still waiting as giving two hours slot by you is now changed two hours late. I called your customer service and they said that they could not help and out of their hands. They are trained to apologise only rather than finding the solution. Wincarton is even worse. They are even denying that they are not late. I would like to think that two hours slot beforehand is to help us manage our day while awaiting the driver. What is the use of it if it could not be excecuted properly? I can understand unforseen situations and getting late but not this much. The worst of it is that both parties tried nothing to help the customer nor took into account what a customer has to say. This is very distrubung experience and I would not buy anything from Load again as long as Wincarton is their delivery partner and also I will advise my friends to stay away too. I am extremely frustrated. The worst service I have ever had. I feel bad for the beautiful and stunning products that your company has.
