You are getting two stars because of…

You are getting two stars because of your tie with Wincarton. I absolutely love your product but unfortunately I have to return as it is eating whole of my lounge space. Your delivery partner did not deliver on time and now on collection, they do not collect on time. At this time of review, I am still waiting as giving two hours slot by you is now changed two hours late. I called your customer service and they said that they could not help and out of their hands. They are trained to apologise only rather than finding the solution. Wincarton is even worse. They are even denying that they are not late. I would like to think that two hours slot beforehand is to help us manage our day while awaiting the driver. What is the use of it if it could not be excecuted properly? I can understand unforseen situations and getting late but not this much. The worst of it is that both parties tried nothing to help the customer nor took into account what a customer has to say. This is very distrubung experience and I would not buy anything from Load again as long as Wincarton is their delivery partner and also I will advise my friends to stay away too. I am extremely frustrated. The worst service I have ever had. I feel bad for the beautiful and stunning products that your company has.

I had an extremely disturbing and…

I had an extremely disturbing and annoying experience. The furniture company I bought arranged a collection with Wincarton for a return. I was giving a time slot beforehand as 11:00AM - 01:00 PM. On the day of collection, it changed to 01:30 PM to 03:30 PM. At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for the driver to arrive. I cannot find the number to talk to customer service but only whatsapp chat. They are really unhelpful. They even told me that they are not late and it is still their time slot. I advised them to do some maths. I was then told that it is just an estimate. What is the point of giving two hours slot if you could not execute it? I thought that it is to help and manage our time better. We all have works to do and cannot adjust our works around their incorrect time slot. Usually it is really annoying that delivery company can get away with all the complaints because some companies still use them as their partners by ignoring the customer feedback. This is a pure logistic mismanagement. If you gave the driver with only realistic number of routes per day, this would not be happened. I can understand unforseen situation but not this much. This is ridiculous. I do hope that Wincarton considers customer feedback and satisfaction over their profit margins with overscheduled routes or may all the companies reconsider their ties with Wincarton.
