Regarding a billing misunderstanding, which was largely due to my own negligence, the FitMe support team treated me with great respect, consideration, and empathy. Thank you to Illia, Stanislav, and the rest of the team for taking the time to review my situation and suggest a very reasonable compromise. I have found the FitMe workouts effective in adding further agility and flexibility to my baseball endeavors. And it is comforting to know there are caring people backing this product.
