Terrible - don’t do it.
I would have given this company zero stars if I could have. They refused to deliver the parcel to building delivery office owing to company policy delivering to the door, they made me pay £30 for redelivery and then didn’t even deliver it to the door; they left it going up and down in the building lift and didn’t even notify me it was there. They then refused to refund my £30 despite not actually following their own policy. The parcel was so heavy I couldn’t get it out of the lift on my own and into the apartment. The customer service team were incredibly rude - genuinely the worst I have ever experienced - lied about delivery slots and failed to book delivery slots despite my following the process. The product itself is fine - the quality isn’t particularly good at all. Will not be shopping here again.
