Disgraceful customer support
I rented a motorhome that had a leak from the grey water tanks. On the day of rental, grey water tank was empty so I couldn't be aware of any leak. When I filed a claim with Yescapa they advised that I should have thoroughly inspected the motorhome and notify them. Am I a mechanic? How can I thoroughly inspect an issue that is not visible? Do Yescapa except me to fill the grey water tank and waste water to check if there is a leak? Why doesn't Yescapa hold the owner accountable to what happened? Disgraceful customer support, I lost a full day (140 euros) because owner requested I go to a mechanic, moreover humiliated due to stinky water leaking in forbidden areas. I will never rent another motorhome through Yescapa.
