I gave feedback regarding the website. My suggestion/query was acknowledged promptly by a real person. They acknowledged my issue and provided the information I had struggled to find. They said they would pass on my comment to the relevant department so changes could possibly be made in future. I appreciated this and was satisfied with the response.
