I have been a Getsafe customer since 2020 and had no issues until 2024, when I needed to file a claim for damage in my kitchen.
Since then, I have been waiting for a clear response or resolution — without success.
Instead of providing real support, Getsafe kept asking for more and more documents, such as
“Proof of the cause of the damage (e.g. installation invoice, leak detection report),”
“Cost estimate for the repair,” and “Purchase invoice,”
many of which are nearly impossible to obtain years after the original installation.
Based on my personal experience, the company’s claim process feels overly complicated and extremely customer-unfriendly.
It gives the impression that Getsafe deliberately delays claims to discourage customers from pursuing compensation.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company, and I am currently considering taking legal action regarding my case.
