From booking to the end of the Nile River Cruise tour, everything went very smoothly. The tour operator, Ms Shorouk Karam was so responsive, she would respond to my query even when it was their night time. Everything listed on the itinerary was fulfilled. The tour guide Mr Mohamed Eldaw was very knowledgeable and knew his job very well. He would answer any question anyone on the group asked. He was encouraging us to ask questions. The cruise itself was very good, was kept neat and clean, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.
