Ordered the mesh shorts shapewear in a large because my waist is a 32 but my hips are smaller. However, when I received the product, it was too big at the bottom and I actually needed a medium instead. I reached out to customer service and they were very prompt with the exchange. Emily (the rep) was awesome!
