The birthday hand iced biscuit tin I sent to my sister arrived quickly and well packaged with not a crumb out of place. We scheduled delivery for the morning of her big day and it landed right on time which is rare where she lives. The personalized message on the biscuit was spelled perfectly and matched the colour i'd chosen. unboxing was a proper little event, she said the biscuits smelled buttery and looked almost too pretty to eat.

So comparing to the old brand,these actually taste as good as they look and the designs are cleaner. On a separate order one letter box biscuit arrived with a tiny chip and customer service were quick to respond and sorted it right away. Well, a bit on the pricey side but the premium feel and reliable date scheduling make it worth it for me, for now I'll stick with Biscuiteers for gifts and corporate thank yous because the whole experience just WORKS!
