Excellent case and customer service
Had a small issue with my case and they fixed it right away. My Elite case for the 17 Pro Max is so good. Solid protection and the integrated magnets make it fun to stick on to any metal surface with a very firm grip. Pinky cushion saves my finger from the pressure/weight of holding this large device for long periods of time along with the finger loop. I can also still attach a magnetic pop socket or power bank when needed.
