The discount code for ContactsDirect's unexplained cancellation of my order did not work on my order and the online chat person said the only way for the code to work was to call in and place my order. Very frustrating to have the cancellation and then to not have the code provided by ContactsDirect to apply to my order actually work without more work on my end
