Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. Went to log in today and my account is frozen? No email or anything.
The customer service here does not exist.
I will be contacting my bank and initiating a refund on my deposits.
It seems like these "routine security checks" are their excuse to steal your money. No single online casino does "routine security checks". Why is there hundreds of people complaining about these same issues?
Go play anywhere else if you respect yourself.
And no, I am not going to go to your page and contact you when my account was frozen for no reason without any communication.
