I’m not someone who usually does product reviews but I can’t not for these supplements. I’m only half way through the first 3 months, I have been dealing with extremely low moods and irritability for a few weeks before my periods as well as lots of horrible physical symptoms which I have since found out is due to a hormone imbalance, I had already started taking these supplements and 6 weeks in I’m feeling better than I have in a long time, my moods and energy are so much better and I’m finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, highly recommend for anyone dealing with PMS/hormone related symptoms, I can’t wait to see how I feel after the full 3 months
