Dissapointing
I've been using Interflora for many years but on the last occasion I was really let down with a birthday bouquet for my mum that was very different from what I had ordered and substantially smaller, and already in a sorry state. It was quite an expensive bouquet too. I tried to get help from Interflora but their response was poor, they didn't care. I've decided to use another provider in future.
