Your website warranty process is horrible. It did not allow me to submit my warranty, as the process froze in the middle of the process at the same step. This happened despite the browser, or device that I tried. When I called in, however, your agent was fantastic and took care of the whole process for both my daughter’s and my device. She was fantastic!
