We lost $370 using Better Help. My husband only had one therapy session and they continued to charge $72 two more times and then $224! We called and they have yet to reach out to us to solve the problem.

We can provide extensions to help make up for the confusion, or can refund for unused time if you ultimately decide to cancel. We always are willing to work with the member to clear up the confusion and get them back on track toward their treatment goals.
