Long delivery time, good product
Took a long time to deliver (apparently due to their supplier) but the graphics card did eventually arrive and is working perfectly. Pricing good.

I’ve looked into this further and can confirm that the delay was caused by our supplier on this occasion. As part of our internal processes, we do not hold every item directly in stock onsite, which can sometimes result in longer delivery times.
